Dear Clients, 

We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to navigate the COVID pandemic. The health and safety of our staff, clients and patients remains our top priority. In order to abide by CDC and AVMA recommendations, we are continuing our curbside service.

What to expect: Upon arrival, please call our office and notify our staff you have arrived and the reason for your visit. If you are picking up medication and/or food you will pay from the car. If you have an appointment with your pet, we may direct you to escort your pet to our patio where you will meet one of our technicians. Your pet will be escorted into the office for the exam. Following, the doctor will call you to discuss the visit.  Please be sure you have your cell phone with you.

At the conclusion of your visit, one of our staff members will come outside in order for you to check-out.  Please be aware the appropriate facial coverings are required during any contact with our staff.

We will do our best to return your pet to you as quickly as possible depending upon the reason for the visit.  Keep in mind, drop off service is available and we are always happy to keep your pet at our office should you need to return home or run an errand while you’re waiting.

To better serve you we are now offering chat and payment options through the Terra Vista Animal Hospital app, Available on the Google Play Store and App Store. We encourage you to download this for a convenient way to keep track of your pet’s health reminders, order medication, contact our office and make payments.
